Virtual Event
It is planned to also offer an online event that will be broadcasted via Zoom. Post-presentation recordings will be made available after the conference.
Where can I find the Zoom link and how can I switch sessions?
Online participants will receive an email with connection details on Friday, August 30, 2024. The email will contain the link to the main Zoom room from which the following break-out rooms can be entered:
- Wolfgang-Pauli Saal (Welcome, Keynotes, Special Sessions, MS3, MS9)
- Schumpter Raum (MS2, MS6, OT2)
- Curtius Raum (MS1, MS7, OT1, OT4)
- Martini Raum (MS4, MS5, MS8, OT3, ParCFD Organizer meeting)
Additionally, you can find the Zoom link in ConfTool (under "Browse Conference Agenda"). Simply click on a session you would like to attend and the Zoom link will be displayed in the appearing information pane of the session.
In case you experience any technical difficulties, there will be a technical person in the rooms hosting the sessions.
Please stick to the online meeting etiquettes, i.e.,
- enter the room without video and audio turned on
- the technical support will monitor the chat
- question can be asked via the chat and will be passed to the chair after each talk in the Q&A part
We ask you to turn off your video if you are not presenting.
